Z & R are serving in the eastern Sahara. They’re spending several years learning the tribal language before helping their team plant a church and translate the bible in the native language.

A & D are currently living in the Middle East and learning Arabic. Soon they’re moving to North Africa to start a new team of church planters. They’re building relationships through business in North Africa.

M & T

M & T, with their young children, are living in South Asia and learning the native language with hopes to start a new team of church planters in 2026.

T & S moved to the Middle East in January 2024. They’re currently learning Arabic and working specifically with college students to teach them about Jesus.

P works with college students at MSUM in Moorhead, MN. Her and her husband intentionally build relationships through hosting events and dinners in order to teach them about following Jesus.

Amanda Christianson

Amanda loves Jesus, people, and sports and Athletes in Action brings those 3 passions together perfectly. Her heart is in discipleship. Her hope is to see people find freedom, peace, comfort, and JOY through Jesus Christ and use the platform of athletics to proclaim His name.

Jon and Cylinda Ring

Jon and Cylinda serve at risk youth with Timberbay throughout the upper midwest region. Timberbay has weekly bible studies with students ages 10-18. Jon and Cylinda are fully supported by regular generous givers.

Morgan Ring

Morgan lives in Tegucigalpa, Honduras serving children and youth at Nueva Esperanza, an after school program where children are fed and taught about Jesus. She is financially supported by her home church in Ohio.

Aphtin Rapp

Aphtin has a passion for connecting people to Jesus, building them up in their faith and sending them out into the world to be a light for Christ no matter where they go. Currently she is leading and equipping university students in the Fargo/Moorhead area with an organization called Cru.

Austin

Bettenhausen

Austin leads the Fargo/Moorhead area Fellowship of Christian Athletes team where he builds up young collegiate athletes in their walk with Jesus.

J

J leads a team of athletic trainers at Athletes in Action’s headquarters in Ohio where she oversees trainers who serve athletes from all over the world. They’re building relationships with people from closed countries through the common ground of athletics. She is fully financially supported by people who give regularly.

L

L welcomes international students to the Fargo area and teaches those who have never heard about Jesus.
